When you book a trip, you will receive a comprehensive confirmation email that includes a detailed itinerary and all the essential information you need to prepare for your trip. Additionally, your Bumblemee guide will provide you with relevant trip information, such as daily overviews or a trip travelogue, which will detail the places we’ll pass each day and the stops we’ll make during your trip.
Although optional, we highly recommend purchasing Allianz Travel Insurance for every trip.
To make a reservation for your Tailor-Made Trip, you can either email us or call +1-425 761-1848 and leave a voice message. Our team is committed to providing prompt assistance and ensuring a high level of customer service. We understand the importance of any of your requests and will make every effort to respond within 24 hours.
We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards for the initial deposit, and the balance can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. We recommend making your reservation early, as some trips require extra preparation time. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a confirmation packet. We will also provide a detailed trip itinerary and optional Travel Protection Plan information. Please note that you will be responsible for purchasing air tickets.
When a trip is booked less than 60 days prior to departure, we consider it a Last Minute booking, and we require full payment (non-refundable) at the time of confirmation.

The farther in advance you book, the greater availability of dates you’ll find. For holiday periods and popular summer destinations, we recommend reserving at least five to six months before the trip. However, it’s important to note that trips cannot be booked more than one year in advance as prices may change.
We recommend booking within this timeframe to ensure availability and pricing accuracy, and to secure your spot and ensure the best possible experience.
Once the payment process is complete, Bumblemee will send the invoice directly to your registration email within 10 days from the date of payment.
